Nancy A. Lottinville is Counsel to Gibbons P.C. in Newark, New Jersey in the Real Properties & Environmental Practice Group, where she  concentrates  on  commercial  land use permitting, as well as on commercial and preferred residential property transactions. Ms. Lottinville handles transactions from contract to closing, and has drafted complex title documents, deed restrictions and easements for development rights and conservation. She has represented private clients, public entities and non-profits in development and redevelopment land use and transactional matters throughout the State of New Jersey. Ms. Lottinville is a graduate of Loyola University of Chicago School of Law and is admitted to practice in New Jersey, New York and Illinois. She is  member of the ABA  and the NJSBA Real Property Sections and of the National Association of Women Lawyers.  

Sheila Raftery Wiggins is a litigation partner at Duane Morris LLP's Newark office. She was selected in 2008 as one of the state's "40 Under 40" by the New Jersey Law Journal and selected in 2010 as one the state's "40 Under 40" by NJ Biz. Ms. Wiggins handles matters involving complex commercial disputes, mortgage and banking fraud, and employment law defense. She has extensive experience representing clients before state and federal trial courts, on appeal, and at arbitration hearings and mediations.

Andrew Smith focuses his practice on civil litigation. Andrew has extensive experience in all aspects of litigation, handling cases from complex commercial litigations to personal injury cases. He co-founded the firm Smith + Schwartzstein LLC in 2009 and has successfully represented numerous clients throughout the state of New Jersey and New York, practicing in State and Federal Court, including before the United States Supreme Court. He has lectured for the Practicing Law Institute, and was just named for the second consecutive year to the New Jersey Super Lawyers Rising Stars List.

Andrew graduated from Rochester Institute of Technology with a B.A. and received his J.D. from Boston College Law School. After law school he clerked for the Honorable Sybil R. Moses, A.J.S.C. before joining the litigation department of Gibbons P.C. Before law school, Andrew served as an Artillery Officer in the United States Army, deploying to overseas locations and attaining the rank of Captain. Andrew is active in his community, and is involved in numerous civil and political activities.

Frank J. DeAngelis has close to twenty years of experience in domestic and international litigation. His experience includes first- and third- party coverage and claims defense, bad faith, multi-layered policy defense of complex property losses, reinsurance, fire/arson losses, and property and casualty defense, all-risk and builder's risk policy defense, weather related catastrophic losses, environmental contamination, business interruption, time element, products liability defense, coal mining losses, defense of travel agents and tour operators under errors and omissions coverage, general commercial litigation, and real estate transactions.

Mr. DeAngelis has tried cases and argued appeals in various state and federal courts throughout the United States. He has also authored articles on litigation practice and emerging insurance issues. Mr. DeAngelis is admitted to practice before the state and federal courts of  New York and New Jersey, the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court.

Mr. DeAngelis is a graduate of Elizabethtown College and Seton Hall University School of Law, and a member emeritus of the Seton Hall University School of Law Alumni Association. He has been an Adjunct Professor of Law at Seton Hall University School of Law since 2001, and was selected as the Adjunct Professor of the Year in 2009.

Mr. DeAngelis is the co-author of  New Jersey Insurance Coverage Litigation Treatise : A Practitioner's Guide, N.J. INST. FOR CONTINUING EDUC., A DIV. OF THE N.J. ST. BAR ASS'N (Dec. 2014).

Mr. DeAngelis was selected for inclusion in New York Metro Super Lawyers, 2013-15, New Jersey Super Lawyers, 2012, 2014-15, New Jersey Super Lawyers Rising Stars, 2008-2010, as well as the New Jersey Law Journal’s 40 Under 40 in 2009.  He serves as the Chair of the Supreme Court of New Jersey, District V-A Ethics Committee.  Mr. DeAngelis was appointed to the Board of Trustees of Partners for Women and Justice, a non-profit that provides pro bono legal services to victims of domestic violence.

Lan Hoang focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation matters in the areas of bankruptcy, business torts, professional malpractice, breach of contract, and intellectual property.Her experience involves proceedings in federal and state courts, as well as arbitrations and mediations. Lan served on the New Jersey Supreme Court District Ethics Committee, District V-A from 2010 through 2014, investigating and prosecuting grievances against New Jersey attorneys charged with unethical conduct under the Rules of Professional Responsibility adopted by the Supreme Court of New Jersey. She also served on ethics hearing panels considering grievances against attorneys. Lan is on the faculty of the Practicing Law Institute and has served as Chair for the New Jersey basic CLE Marathon. She also co-chairs the Women's Steering Committee for the firm's New York office and is a member of the firm’s Diversity Committee.

Remi L. Stacy Ann Biancamano opened her practice Biancamano Law, LLC in Chatham, New Jersey on April 15, 2014 with the goal of zealous and effective personal representation of individual clients. Her hands-on approach to legal representation is not only effective in the Court room and in negotiations with federal and state prosecutors but quite simply makes her clients feel at ease.

Ms. Biancamano is an experienced trial lawyer who was formerly a partner at Arleo, Donohue & Biancamano, LLC, from October 2008 until April 2014. She earned her law degree from Seton Hall University School of Law in 1997 and graduated Summa Cum Laude in 1992 from St. Peter’s College. Quite notably, she has been listed as one of New Jersey’s Super Lawyers from 2009 thru  2014 for her work as a criminal defense lawyer. She was the 2008 recipient of the Peter W. Rodino Society’s Distinguished Public Service Award in recognition of her wisdom, compassion and servant leadership in the public sector.

Stacy has more than 20 years experience representing defendants in the criminal arena. She began her career as an Assistant Federal Public Defender, representing individuals from initial appearance upon arrest through the appellate process. She has successfully handled more than 2,000 federal cases ranging in complexity from white collar fraud offenses including bank fraud, wire fraud and mortgage fraud to federal drug conspiracies.  She has argued successfully before the Third Circuit Court of Appeals. It was in the federal court house in the District of New Jersey that she developed the necessary skill set to be an extremely effective advocate for her clients.

      As an experienced trial lawyer, Stacy defends all types of criminal cases. She has successfully tried criminal jury trials in federal and state courts. Over the last decade, her cases have involved charges of drug possession and distribution, money laundering, wire and mail fraud, mortgage fraud and other violations of federal and state statutes. She has also successfully handled a wide variety of matters at the grand jury stage, involving charges of healthcare fraud and other business related crimes.  Quite notably, Stacy has represented individuals in the District of New Jersey who were the subject of the grand jury and has successfully convinced the U.S. Attorney’s Office not to prosecute criminally. As a result of Stacy’s trial skills and reputation, she is often able to negotiate and achieve significant pretrial resolutions of matters which is a great benefit to her clients whether they be individuals, business entities or major corporations.

     In addition to her extensive criminal trial experience, Stacy’s practice also includes representing businesses and corporations involved in complex civil litigation. Specifically, she regularly provides counsel to a business entity regarding practices, procedure and regulatory issues.  Additionally, she provided counseling to major healthcare corporations in areas of third-party subpoena compliance and litigation.  Stacy is also active with professional associations and serves as an executive board member with the Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the Association of the Federal Bar and the Historical Society for the District of New Jersey. She has also served on the Merit Selection Panel and Reappointment Committee for the United States District Court.

     Mrs. Biancamano has frequently lectured regarding issues of criminal law for local, state and federal bar associations. She also served as an expert and frequently lectured on federal sentencing guideline issues at National Federal Defender conferences nationwide.

Christopher G. Rohde, founding Member of the Rohde Law Group, LLC, specializes in Estate Planning, Estate and Trust Administration and Elder Law including Medicaid and Asset Protection Planning and assisting clients with the Medicaid application process and qualification for long term care.

He also handles Guardianship matters for special needs individuals and the elderly as well as Estate Planning that includes the preparation of Wills, Trusts, Health Care Directives and Powers of Attorney for clients of all levels of net worth.  Mr. Rohde has experience with the formation and administration of special needs trusts.

With his background as a Certified Public Accountant and a specialist in Estate Administration, Mr. Rohde prepares Estate and Inheritance tax returns and handles general tax matters for individuals and businesses.

He also advises clients on business planning, including the formation, purchase, sale and transfer of small businesses.

Mr. Rohde is a member of the Tax Law Section of the New Jersey State Bar Association, serves on the Elder Law Committee of the Passaic County Bar Association, and is a member of the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants.  He is also a faculty member of the Practising Law Institute in New York City, wherein he lectures on estate planning and estate administration for attorneys seeking continuing legal education.

He was formerly a partner with the law firm of Piro, Zinna, Cifelli, Paris & Genitempo, in Nutley, New Jersey where he managed the estate & trust department.  Earlier, he was a tax consultant with the accounting firm of Ernst & Young, LLP in New York City.  He had also served a one-year judicial clerkship for the Assignment Judge in Passaic County.

He was admitted as a member of the Bar in the State of New Jersey in 1996 and admitted to practice before the United States Tax Court in 1998.  He graduated from Seton Hall University, W. Paul Stillman School of Business and Seton Hall School of Law.

Stephen V. Falanga has over 18 years experience practicing in the commercial law area and has developed significant expertise in all aspects of insolvency law. He represents corporations, insurance companies, financial institutions, real estate developers, and landlords as well as individuals in all aspects of commercial law and finance.
A versatile practitioner, Mr. Falanga advocates for clients in both transactional and litigation matters as the need arises. He has handled all types of corporate work in the commercial law field, including asset sales and dispositions, secured transactions, loan and mortgage financings, and other credit related transactions. He has excelled equally in the courtroom, where he has represented debtors and creditors in bankruptcy proceedings and commenced and defended complex commercial and bankruptcy litigation in the Federal Courts of New York, New Jersey and Delaware.
Prior to joining his current firm Walsh Pizzi O’Reilly Falanga LLP, Mr. Falanga worked with Connell Foley for more than 10 years. After law school, he completed a one-year clerkship with the Honorable William F. Tuohey, a United States Bankruptcy Judge in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey.
