U.S. Coast Guard Form CG-1258

Description: The U.S. vessel registry is maintained by the U.S. Coast Guard at the National Vessel Documentation Center. To register a vessel, vessel owners must submit paperwork to the Coast Guard including Form CG-1258, which is the application for initial, exchange, or replacement of certificate of documentation; redocumentation. The Coast Guard will also require proof of title.
